What does it do?
Our Leaving Hospital Support Service helps to make the return home from Bournemouth Hospital as stress-free and simple as possible - particularly if you (or someone you know) is worried about coping at home.
Who it is for?
BCHA assists patients who are due to leave the Royal Bournemouth Hospital after an admission and are worried about going home.
Where it is available?
Local service (East Dorset, West Dorset, Weymouth & Portland, Bournemouth, Christchurch, North Dorset, Poole, Purbeck).
What it costs:
The service is free.
