A free, confidential and impartial service for older people and their families helping them to make informed choices to improve their lives. We can also support older people 65+ with practical support to claim benefits - additional income that can help assist older people in maintaining their independence. The service is free, private and confidential and covers a wide range of issues relevant to older people. If we can't help, we'll put you in touch with someone who can. Free Age UK guides and factsheets are also available.

We endeavour to make thi service accessible to all older people, whatever their circumstances, by the following methods:
- Face to face - through Drop-In Sessions and Pre-booked Appointments; Opening Times: see our website for details of opening times in your area.

- For those who are housebound, home visits can sometimes be arranged although not available in all areas
