What does it do?

Supporting the Community in Stafford

We offer free and impartial information and advice to older people living in Stafford Borough, their families and carers. Information and advice is available on  subjects ranging from benefits, utilities, pensions, wills and powers of attorney, dementia support, housing and many other topics.

We offer a varied information and advice service on the following: 

  • Benefits Service
  • Alternate office for the Department of Work & Pensions
  • Information and Advice Service - on any topic
  • Outreach - Drop in information Centres in your local community
  • Campaigning - we have our own 50+ Network, affiliated to the National Pensioners Convention
  • Free internet and wi-fi connection.
  • Drinks and snacks available
