Care In Community
What does it do?
It is the ideal solution for people who realise they need help, but who wish to remain living independently within the comfort of their own home. Care can range from just a few hours per week, to 24 hour care, 365 days a year, palliative care, and live in carers and companions.
Who it is for?
Care in the community incorporates elderly care; people with mental and / or physical disabilities, including spina bifida, multiple sclerosis, head and spinal injuries, Huntingdon’s disease, dementia, and the terminally ill.
Where it is available?
Local service (Bournemouth, Christchurch).
