Telephone Club

What does it do?

The Telephone Club is a free service providing friendship and support to older people who feel lonely or isolated.

Our Telephone Club volunteers telephone older people on a weekly basis for social support and to help with any concerns they may have.  All volunteers provide references which are taken up.

How can I be referred to this scheme?
  • you can call yourself
  • a relative or friend can call on your behalf
  • a health or social work professional can call for you
