What does it do?

Community Services, in partnership with Shropshire County Primary Care Trust, offers a person centred assessment and care management
service to people with learning disabilities.Our services are designed around people. They reflect the needs of the people who use the service, their families and their carers. Services for adults with learning disabilities are offered following a care assessment, providing
you are eligible for services. Select the link on this page for more information.We aim to ensure people with learning disabilities have access to the same community facilities as everyone else.We offer residential, supported living and day opportunities for people with learning disabilities as well as work experience, training and employment opportunities through Enable.
