Services include day centre and luncheon club activities; community meals on wheels and a befriending outreach support service.

The African Caribbean (A.C.) Befriending Service project provides community care services to older people age 55+ living in the Local Authority area of Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council. These include Day Centre provisions, a community meals service and an outreach, support and befriending service. The project is funded by Dudley Social Services and is managed by Dudley Caribbean and Friends Association - Charity No 519199.
