What does it do?

At Citizens Advice Dudley Borough we provide free, impartial, confidential and independent Advice, Guidance and Information on the telephone and face to face in the following advice areas: Benefits, Debt and Money (including Mortgage Arrears), Employment, Housing, Consumer, Relationships, Law and Rights (including Discrimination), Tax, Healthcare and Education.

If you need our help, please ring our Contact Centre on 0300 3309 044 (local rate applies) on Monday, Tuesday or Thursday between 9.30am and 3.30pm where we will undertake an initial telephone assessment.

From here, we may be able to give you the answer over the phone straight away, or if we feel you need a face to face appointment, we will book you in to see one of our generalist advisors or generalist/specialist caseworkers at our service in Dudley at: Dudley House, 2nd Floor, Stone Street, Dudley DY1 1NP or if appropriate at one of our outreach locations across the Borough.

If you have a Cancer diagnosis, we provide a special service specifically on Welfare Benefits.  You can access this service by ringing 01384 817 721.
