Information & Advice

Information and Advice for older people in Buckinghamshire

What does it do?

We offer free, up-to-date, independent information and advice on all issues of concern to older people, their families, friends and carers.

The service is primarily provided via telephone, but if you would rather speak to someone in person, give us a call and arrange a time to drop in. This is a confidential and impartial service that promotes independence and wellbeing by giving older people the information and advice they need to make informed decisions.

We understand that everyone is unique, so we talk to people about their needs in depth, which enables us to uncover any additional ways we can help. Our Information & advice service acts as a preventative measure, as well as a cure.
