We provide care & support to individuals to help them to be healthy, happy and independent whilst living within their own home and making their own choices about aspects of the care they require. The services we provide are flexible and can be tailored to meet a wide variety of care needs.
 
This assistance can either be help with personal care, or help with practical tasks.
 
Personal Care includes assistance with:

Washing
Shaving
Oral hygiene
Dressing
Toileting
Continence care
Feeding
Assistance with medication with the use of Blister/Nomad system
Assistance with getting up and going to bed
Offering advice, support & supervision in personal tasks

Practical Tasks include:
 

Making or changing beds
Emptying commodes
Shopping for Service Users
Assistance with Service Users laundry and can include ironing
Preparing Service Users meals
Vacuum Cleaning
Light domestic tasks - washing dishes and clothes, dusting, cleaning of toilets and bathrooms,
Showering or bathing.
 
All of these services are provided by care workers making visits at agreed times to meet you needs and to fit in with your lifestyle. Visits can vary in length from 15 minutes to one or more hours. One or more visits can be made throughout the day up to seven days per week. 

Individuals who require support to maintain a healthy and independent lifestyle within their own home and community.
