What does it do?
Bespoke care packages to promote independence at home. Highly trained care staff are also trained in dementia care and provide a range of support from domestic tasks to personal care or support to access community services or activities.

Adults with physical or mental disabilities (including low-moderate dementia)

What it costs:
Costs vary according to the service required and whether you qualify for social care support via the local authority assessment process. A financial assessment determines the amount you will be asked to contribute.

After a social care assessment you will be passed on to us for an initial visit which will determine your requirements.

St Anthony’s is a registered charity that provides social care services. When you join us you will be matched with a care worker who has the necessary skills and experience required to give you a quality service. We will hold regular reviews to ensure you are happy with the service and we encourage you to contact the office at any time to discuss your service or that of the person you care for.
