  • Advice on Energy Efficency & Fuel Poverty
  • Assistance with form filling
  • Family 

We provide a generalist information & advice service as well as casework to deal with more complex areas of enquiries. *Please note we do not provide advice on immigration and consumer debt.

Residents of Kensington and Chelsea, over the age of 55

How to access or apply for it:

We offer drop-in, appointment, telephone, outreach and home visit services. We are open for drop-ins at the following times (on a first come basis):

  • Mondays & Tuesdays 10 am -12:30pm
  • Thursday & Fridays 2:00 pm - 4:30pm

Note  No drop-in service on Wednesdays

Telephone advice available on Mon to Friday 9:30am to 5pm (closed for lunch 1-2pm) depending on availabilty of advisers.

Our Information & Advice office is based on the ground floor at 1 Thorpe Close, London, W10 5XL.
