Our dietician approved menus aim to give at least a third of people’s requirements for energy, calcium, iron, zinc, folate and vitamin C.
Ordering our tasty and nutritious meals can be a short-term option for anyone leaving hospital or those recovering from an illness, or as a permanent arrangement for those who can no longer cook for themselves.
