The Flagship Telecare service gives customers the freedom to live their life independently, with the reassurance that help is available at the touch of a button, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. 

Who it is for?

Flagship Telecare is a service that enables people, especially older and more vulnerable individuals, to live independently in their own home.

Where it is available?

Regional service (Essex, Norfolk, Suffolk).

What it costs:

New customers will be able to try the service completely free of charge for six weeks by quoting promo code SWF21, when calling us to order the service.

What to expect then:

You can have the service setup in your home within 48 hours of you placing an order over the phone.

Flagship is a not for profit organisation.  Our Telecare service manages alarms for over 14,000 customers  in the UK and is accredited by the Telecare Services Association (TSA).
