Our aim is to ensure that we provide you with a service that meets your individual needs and that your support package is tailored to you and your family members.
We offer a range of services across South Somerset to support people to remain independent in their own homes. These include:
· Assistance throughout the day, help to get up, wash, shower or bath, and meal preparations.
· Support with domestic tasks such as cleaning, laundry and ironing as a regular arrangement or as a one-off session.
· Companionship, respite and holiday support, to ensure you can still go away and relax and enjoy yourself.
· Assistance with accessing appointments and activities in the local community.
· Ensuring support with medication and telephone welfare checks.
· Support at night-time/24 hour support – allowing relief if you are an informal carer, or support during the night to respond to
emergencies.
· Support with returning home from hospital, knowing that care is organised for when you return home.
· Live-in care – please enquire for availability in your area.
· We can provide end of life care and support for those with terminal illness.
· Complex care and clinical services – assistance for people with a variety of health needs including long term conditions.
