We have a team of very committed and experienced staff who are DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checked. They will deliver the service once an assessment has been done. A keyworker is then assigned to each customer and you will have the same worker everytime (apart from absences from work).

The aim of the service is to enable people to remain independent in their own home for as long as they wish. Some examples of services we can offer are:

• light housework
• laundry
• changing bed linen
• shopping
• companionship
• assistance with paperwork
• collection of pensions/prescriptions
• escorting to appointments such as doctors/dentist/hospital.

This is a chargeable service. Our customers are also responsible for any car parking charges our staff may incur whilst visiting them.

All employees are trained, managed and monitored to ensure that they assist all our customers to make informed choices, that respect the customer’s rights to privacy and that they treat them with respect and dignity.
