The Milestones Homecare and Dementia Service enables people to stay in their own homes for longer. The service provides dementia care, in terms of communication, memory stimulation and keeping people safe.
We can also provide personal care, administer medication, carry out household duties and much more, to ensure clients are safe and comfortable in their own homes. The hours are tailored to suit individual needs and the service is delivered in a flexible and supportive way, whilst trying to ensure that people retain their independence.
