All three of our Care Centres also have a team of home support workers who provide care in people’s own homes. Home care is normally provided on a regular basis, seven days a week, following a home visit and a detailed assessment of the client’s needs.

This service is available during evenings and weekends as well as during the day. The home support team can also provide personal assistants for a special trip out.
