Wandsworth Home Care Service

What does it do?

Home carers can visit when required to help people live an independent life in their own homes. They help people with day-to-day tasks like washing, dressing, shopping and housework. Priority is given to people who are most at risk if they did not get help.

Who it is for?

The service can assist:

  • People with learning disabilities;
  • People with mental health problems;
  • People whose ability to perform everyday activities is limited by a permanent physical disability;
  • Sensory impairment or long-standing illness and older people.
