Information. Friendship and Support Group

What does it do?

The Chichester and Bognor Regis Branch offers the chance for you to meet other people in your area, get information and take part in the activities we have on offer.
We find that it's good to know other people locally who are affected by Parkinson's, dealing with the same issues and succeeding in living life to the full.
When we meet
As well as our monthly meetings, we organise social events and outings.
Chichester - Third Monday of each month (except in December when there's a party on the second Monday) from 2pm to 4pm at The Newell Centre, Tozer Way, (off St Pancras) Chichester PO19 7LG
Bognor - First Tuesday of each month at 2pm at The Friends Meeting House, 6 Victoria Drive, Bognor Regis PO21 2RJ

Support available
We can provide information about Parkinson's and local services. The area is clinically well supported and has excellent therapeutic facilities at St Richard's Hospital in Chichester, including access to a Parkinson's nurse specialist.
Our information and support worker also helps patients and carers apply for benefits and support from government agencies.
We've created a useful Parkinson's Newly Diagnosed Action Checklist for people living in the Chichester and Bognor Regis area who have recently been diagnosed.
