The Reg manager will contact them within 24 hours and arrange to come out and complete a needs assessment with them.

We are happy and encourage close families to be present for the needs assessment. We will carry out any risk assessments and involve any medical professionals if the client has for eg- mobility needs (Occupational therapist)- continence needs (continence nurse)
