What does it do?

Greenfield Care is dedicated to providing the care and support that will enable clients to reach the highest level of health, function and comfort possible whilst remaining in their own homes. We believe in encouraging independence to the greatest extent possible in order to preserve the clients dignity and autonomy.
We believe in providing care that is tailored to each persons unique situation and in recommending changes that will be of benefit to them as individuals. We will measure our success by the quality of our service and our relationship with our clients.
Services include:
. Full or partial personal care.
. Assistance with eating and drinking.
. Assistance with mobility and transfers, including help with getting up 
  or going to bed.
. Promotion of independence and social functioning.
. Anxiety and behaviour management.
. Companionship and encouragement. 
. Assistance with cleaning and housework.
. Assistance with laundry and ironing.
. Assistance with heating control.
. Food preparation at the clients home.
. Promoting a healthy diet. 
. Assisting clients with keeping in touch with their friends and relatives.
. Helping clients with shopping trips.

Who it is for?

Greenfield Care provide services to a range of clients within their own homes.
We care for adults over the age of 18 covering the elderly and learning disabilities.
We also provide services to those with mental health problems.

Where it is available?

Regional service (Essex, Suffolk).

Prices will be given on any enquiry taken.

Greenfield care can be contacted 24 hours a day 7 days a week either by phoning 01440 785222, e mailing us at info@greenfieldcare.co.uk or looking at our website and completing the online evaluation form at www.greenfieldcare.co.uk

What to expect then:

We aim to assess any individual within 48 hours so long as it is convenient for them and their family or representatives.

We will endeavor to start any care package within a week.
