What to expect then:
We are an independent provider who responds to the needs of our customers and services users on a 24 hour basis, 365 days a year. Our customer and service user groups are diverse, ranging from individuals requiring nursing or care within the privacy of their own home. Brightcare can provide basic personal care through to more intensive support covering ABI, learning disabilities, autism and mental health. These services range from drop-in services to full 24/7 support packages.

Our aim is to deliver the highest standards of service and staff, through the delivery of a specific and individually tailored care package delivered by professional, dedicated and experienced care teams, which meets the needs of customers, and contributes to their overall health, well being and re-enablement. Service users will always be treated as individuals and their values, religious and cultural beliefs will be respected unconditionally. Our aim is to set and maintain the highest standards of care and support provisions across the UK.
