What it costs:
Costs vary depending on how many and how often calls are required. Visiting care is charged per length of call, the minimum call length is 30 minutes. Live in care is charged by the week. Please contact us to discuss costs.
How to access or apply for it:
You can email, telephone or arrange to meet face-to-face to discuss any care and support needs. Information on our care is also available on our website.
What to expect then:
Once we've had an initial discussion we then complete a full care needs assessment with the person needing care and their family or representative. The full care needs assessment allows us to create a tailored care plan to provde the highest levels of care.
