We can oversee the property.  It very much depends on what the service user requires.  If the owner has passed away and the property needs preparing for sale we can help.  Whilst the property stands empty awaiting sale we can oversee it, visiting regularly to ensure that the property remains clean and tidy inside and out.  Managing post to whatever degree the owner requires.  Of course it helps with the security of the property if someone is visiting on a regular basis to check it.  

Anyone who has to leave their property empty for any length of time.  Maybe a long holiday abroad or a hospital stay.

Local service (Epping Forest, Harlow, Maldon, Southend-on-Sea, Tendring, Thurrock, Uttlesford, Basildon, Braintree, Brentwood, Castle point, Chelmsford, Colchester, Rochford).

Generally we charge £15.00 per hour but each job is looked at individually depending on the requirements.
