What we do

Preferred Home Care Services supplies a well resourced and dedicated care staff on a floating and outreach basis to adults in the community living in their own homes who are aged up to 65 years and over. This capable and motivated team will provide services which may include:

The care services we provide are very flexible and are tailored to the care needs of the individual; typical care plans range from just a couple of hours a week for those with very short needs all the way through to multiple daily visits, sleep-in care, waking night care and live-in for those who need continuous care. For clients with more involved care needs, our care workers are trained to liaise and work as part of multi-disciplinary teams.

We are quite flexible in that if there is something you need that is not mentioned above, we will be happy to discuss and accommodate the request if possible.
The length of the visit can range from an hour or more and maybe needed more than once during the course of the day, depending on the service user’s condition, ability to transfer and their mobility. The care may be delivered by one care worker or by two care workers.
