After the initial contact the manager will make an appointment to meet the customer and to arrange a visit to agree on a care plan and to do all the various assessments 
After the initial contact the manager will call to make sure all is going well and will call on a monthly basis to ensure that all is well and any problems can be discussed and put right immediately

Our carers are DBS checked and have on going training The carers communicate well with the management and each other to enable the smooth running to the care package . We are person centered and try our best to make the care experience a good one
