Who it is for?
The service we provide are for the aldult and vulnerable people. Ages from 18+ in the service users own home.
Where it is available?
Local service (Harborough, Hinckley & Bosworth, Leicester, Melton, Blaby, Charnwood, North West Leicestershire, Oadby & Wigston, Rutland).
What it costs:
We will first evaluate the service user and see if there are any funding available for them. If not, we can further discuss our prices and see how much we can help the service user.
Our prices are:
Weekdays
Monday to Friday (Day calls – 6am to 10pm and Night calls – 10pm to 6am) is £14.15 per carer per hour
Weekends Saturday and Sunday (Day calls – 6am to 10pm and Night calls – 10pm to 6am) is £14.65 per carer per hour
Live-in calls Monday to Sunday (10pm to 7am) is £86.99 per carer per hour
All other calls such as supported living, special care needs, you will need to request a price.

What to expect then:
A phone call to ask who the service is from, how will the service be funded or will they need help to find out about any funds, and what type of care services will be needed.
After that, either the manager or a risk assessor will visit the service user in their homes and talk more in detail regarding the care that is needed. Produce a risk assessment to identify any risks and minimum them.
Once the service user is happy with the care plan, we can begin the care.
