telephone call to yourself, Ian or her team will explain the process to you so that
you feel relaxed and have a good understanding of what Kare Plus can offer and
how quickly they can respond to your request.

Ian has worked within the care sector for many years and he understands the
importance of support being person centred and tailored to the clients needs, along
with continuity of care staff and timings that suite the client. He has supported many
clients over the years and I feel clients given the correct support can live a very
