What to expect then:
Once we receive an enquiry, we will contact the service user or their family member to arrange a day where we can meet and have a chat. The main aim is to get to know the service user better and carry out a free needs assessment. We will ask questions about your likes, dislikes, what care you are looking for and the support we can give you. Once we gather all the information, we will compile the care plan then introduce the service user to their main carer.
Additional information:
The care we provide is personalised based on the service user's needs, wishes and preferences. All our carers receive a thorough induction training and they are DBS checked. we are also regulated by CQC.
We monitor the service we provide through spot checks, home visits, care plan reviews and asking for service users' feedback.
