People over 18 or older people require personal care and support .
Where it is available?
Local service (Leeds).
What it costs:
Hourly rate is £16.80 . Half Hour is 13.80. We can contact Leeds Adult Social Care for your financial assessment.
How to access or apply for it:
Can contact our office or through social services .
What to expect then:
Registered Manager will arrange a time for assessment to understand your needs . Once you are satisfy with our services ,personal care plan created . A key worker will be designated to support you for your personal care . Our aim is fulfill your wishes and support you to be independent.

Our approach is to maintain a good relationship between staff and people using services is vital. This requires continuity of staff, so that they can really get to know the person they are supporting.
Matching staff and people using services, so that there are shared interests, can help achieve excellent home care.
Staff who are passionate about what they do, and who have a “Yes, I can do that” attitude, find their work more rewarding and tend to provide a better service.
Working closely with the families of people who use services can really help to ensure that the right care is in place.
People using services should be given the opportunity to be involved in choosing staff and helping to run
