Age UK Ashford offers the Dementia Day Break Service for those living with Dementia and providing respite from caring duties for their loved ones.

Our new Dementia Day Break club for those living with mild to moderate dementia. The club is modelled on Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (CST). it involves actively stimulating and engaging people whilst in a group setting, to improve their memories.
