What we do
Our aim is to have a well-informed, well run and well managed private rented sector in Newcastle.
Our fully trained staff provide tenants, landlords and letting agents with a range of advice, training and services that are not available elsewhere to help create settled communities in our city.

How we help - landlords
The support we provide to landlords and letting agents includes our Tenant Finder Service, Empty Homes grants to help bring properties up to the Newcastle Accreditation Scheme standards, a programme of online and face to face training and a free professional advice service.

How we help - Tenants
For tenants and prospective tenants we offer support though our Home Finder Service, Rent Deposit Guarantee Scheme and a free professional advice service.  We also offer a range of online training activities.
