I am now fully independent, a qualified carer for 3 years, offering my services on a personal basis to those who may need some help with independent living. I cover the Barmouth and surrounding areas.
Services offered include:
* Days/mornings/afternoons out to favourite places, lunch trips, etc, so that the client can have a change of scene and some company
* Accompanying clients to appointments, eg. doctors, hospital, dentist, hairdresser, etc.
* Taking the client shopping or doing shopping for them
* Picking up and delivering medication
* Meal preparation
* Residential cleaning
* Personal care
* Sit-ins for company
Any services not mentioned I am happy to consider.
Courses completed include:
NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care
So that you, and the client, can be confident about placing your and their trust in me I have the following in place:
* A clear DBS check
* Full public liability insurance
* Multi-business use car insurance
My car is a Hyundai Tucson SUV (utility vehicle), has 5 doors, and is easier to get into and out of as it is taller than a normal saloon car with it's low profile. There is room for a wheelchair in the luggage compartment if necessary. I have aids to help clients in and out of the car when necessary.
