£18 per hour

Visits from 15 minutes onwards

Via telephone or email. 

An initial discussion via telephone or email. A face to face meeting will then be held to discuss the potential support. 

Outcome Eleven are a small, friendly and professional female team that have a wealth of experience in health and social care with a combined experience of 30 years. Staff have extensive knowledge of conditions that can affect daily living and ability.
