What does it do?
Our Independent Living Advisors will discuss your requirements over the phone to determine how we can support you further. For minor enquiries our support will be provided over the phone, if your enquiry relates to more in depth works our Advisors will arrange for one of our Home Improvement Officers to visit you to discuss your enquiry further.
Our Home Improvement Officers will discuss your requirements and our project management service further and agree with you an action plan to deliver the works.
Our Home Improvement Officers will produce a drawing (where required) and works specification which will be used to price the works via our panel of TrustMark approved contractors.
We will manage the project through to completion completing site inspections and a final inspection of the completed works, only when works have been completed will the contractor be paid.
