The aim of Copper Beech Homecare is to deliver the highest quality and consistent care to the people in the North East and North West regions, who need it whilst maintaining their independence and community inclusion. Copper Beech Homecare aims to provide enough support to people in their own homes to allow to stay at home for the longest possible time, this includes specialist care, palliative care, personal care, 24hr general care support and cleaning. We also specialise in End Of Life Care, we understand this is a difficult time for everyone involved therefore all staff member are enrolled on to a Level 2 End Of Life qualification ensuring a high standard of care is provided.

What it costs:
We accept Private clients, continuing health care clients and direct payment provided by the government. All packages are tailored specifically to your requirements. Costs are discussed and agreed before services commence. The management team will provide advice and support is required.

What to expect then:
We aim to come and perform an assessment within 24 hours of you contacting us and begin care no longer than another 24 hours after the assessment. To begin with a member of the management team will come to your home to meet with you and complete an assessment, this helps identify what will be required. The cost will be fully discussed and a date to commence care suggested. Should you be happy with everything we can then put a care plan together that is specifically written for you then care can begin.
