Once customers have made initial contact we will give them our customer information pack and then the next stage is to arrange an assessment visit at the customers home. 

Blue Star is a small family business offering a bespoke service to both private and commercial customers.  We do not believe in a one-size fits all approach and do not like the idea of holding our customers to ransom with a tying long term contract.  Unlike our competitor we want you to stay with Blue Star because you are completely satisfied with the service, not because you have signed a minimum service contract.

Since launching in 2014 the business has grown and developed, moving into the home help sector in 2015 and more recently launching its own eco-friendly cleaning range.

All staff members that visit your property have been police checked and reference checked before commencing with Blue Star and have worked alongside a trained member of staff. The company is also fully insured with both public liability and employers liability insurance.
