Housing register
Council housing in South NorthamptonshireWhat does it do?
We operate a traditional waiting list in South Northamptonshire. We nominate applicants to Registered Providers (housing associations). All social housing in South Northamptonshire is owned and managed by Registered Providers (Housing Associations).
When a Registered Provider has a vacant home they notify us and ask for the details of a potential applicant. We put forward a potential applicant who is at the top of the list for that type of home.
