Housing register

What does it do?

SKDC operates a Housing Register (the Register), which is a list of people (applicants) who have applied to SKDC for housing. SKDC’s Housing Register is a local register of housing need and all applicants seeking social housing in the District must apply through the Housing Register. There is a high demand for housing in the District and only those applicants with the greatest need will be prioritised for housing.

In order to be made a housing allocation, a person has to be on the SKDC Housing Register and be eligible for an allocation.
