Carers Trust Norfolk’s Day Club runs every Wednesday from 11am-3pm
The Club is aimed at providing four hours of relaxation and activities in a friendly, social setting.

for people with Dementia and their Carers.
Where it is available?
Local service (Great Yarmouth, Kings Lynn and West Norfolk, South Norfolk, Breckland, Broadland, North Norfolk, Norwich).
What it costs:
Small fee of £6.50 payable per day.
Please note a live-in carer is not a requirement to be able to attend
