What does it do?

Book a home fire safety visit.

Many fires at home start accidentally, and the effects can be devastating. To help prevent accidents and keep you safe, we provide a free home fire safety visit service.

How does it work?

We visited 80,559 homes in 2018 with the aim of helping our communities understand and reduce the risks of fire at home.

Free smoke alarms
They can also fit free smoke alarms, and specialist alarms for people with visual or hearing impairments. You can find out more about what to expect on the home fire safety visits page.
