What does it do?

We provide live-in care for a range of needs from support for living independently to complex care requirements.

We are not a nursing service though our complex care provision is extensive, catering for paliative care, spinal injuries, stroke, dementia, Parkinson's and MS amongst others.

In addition, we provide short term respite care packages for a minimum of two weeks up to six weeks.

Who it is for?

Promedica24 Liverpool provide live-in care as an affordable alternative to hourly rate care or a care home. We provide personalised care plans, carers matched to yours or your loved ones personal interests and we provide companionship whilst our carers are looking after you. We can support the care needs of most people over the age of 18, including couples who don't want to be separated to receive the care they need.  Our customers range from private payers to direct payment schemes for care needs funded from the NHS and Social Services.

Regional service (Lancashire, Merseyside).

What it costs:

Fixed fee care packages range from £695 pw to £995 pw for a single carer depending on the level of care needed.

Funding can be provided by Social Services (personal budgets/direct funding, etc), NHS and Private Payers.

We can also signpost you to specialist Financial Advisors and Solicitors who can discuss alternative methods of funding if that's something of interest to you.

What to expect then:

You will receive a call from Promedica24 Liverpool to have a chat and to arrange for one of the team to visit and carry out an initial assessment.

Once that's done, on the next working day our Registered Care Manager will visit to carry out a Health & Safety assessment and take additional details to create a dedicated personalised care plan for you (these visits can be done together if you prefer)

Immediately following that visit we will then confirm the cost of the care package, provide a contract confirming those details for you to sign and one signed, we will provide you with a number of carer profiles to choose from so you know who will be living with you in your home.

Additional information:

Our carers are matched to our client's interests to help support companionship.

We provide packages for people just leaving hospital (i.e. joint replacements, recovery from surgery and more)

We provide respite care, so family memebers looking after you can have a break whilst knowng you are in safe hands until they return.

We can provide a carer within five working days (three days if the need is urgent)
