Frecheville Parish Day Centre

What does it do?

We are a smaller lunch club that generally has between 10 and 15 people attending our sessions on Mondays and Thursdays from 10.30 to 3pm. Our members range in age from mid-50s to over 90. We provide a hot meal which is cooked on the premises by a team of volunteers. We also offer a variety of after lunch activities including bingo, a raffle, gentle chairobics exercise, coffee and cakes, talks, demonstrations, music, nostalgia, trips, benefits advice, quizzes and socialising.
