At the heart of Dial a Ride are our individual, on-request journeys. We have a number of regular scheduled services to local shopping centres and community clubs.

We are always happy to add you to the passenger list for these services and we will call at your home for you. Indeed, if you want to travel regularly on any of these services we will include you on a regular basis, then we only ask that you tell us if you need to cancel. If we don’t have a regular service in your area then we are completely happy to send a minibus or Community Car to pick you up. We are proud of the fact that we will serve any qualifying resident irrespective of where you live in the borough, subject only to the availability of our resources.
