At Right at Home Mid Sussex our mission is to provide long-lasting, compassionate care and the best advice to our clients and their families, on the basis that everyone deserves to be treated well and to retain their dignity and independence.

Our highly-trained CareGivers are carefully matched to clients and our personalised services range from one hour of household support and companionship through to specialist care for dementia, learning disabilities or long-term medical conditions. Right at Home Mid Sussex provides quality care to the elderly and disabled adults in Burgess Hill, Haywards Heath, Lewes and surrounding villages.

Where it is available?

Regional service (East Sussex, West Sussex).

What it costs:

Rates are negotiable depending on the care package agreed. For those who are eligible, we are happy to work with clients who receive direct payments and personal budgets.

How to access or apply for it:

Clients should telephone the office on 01444 686060 to discuss their needs initially.
This takes the form of an informal friendly conversation which will allow us to form a basic needs assessment.

What to expect then:

If applicants wish to proceed we arrange a home visit after which we develop a Custom Care Plan. In the plan we make detailed recommendations about what kind of services we feel would benefit the applicant and tailor a plan specific to their needs. Once the Care Plan is agreed we match clients and carers so they share common areas of interest.

Additional information:

Every Right at Home carer goes through an extensive interview process, including background and enhanced Criminal Bureau Checks. Once employed, carers are fully trained by Right at Home to ensure that they're able to deliver the care set out in the Care Plan. Right at Home stays in close touch with carers to ensure things are going well. We also make unannounced visits to the homes of those in our care to ensure carers are following the specifics of the Custom Care Plan.
