Ring and Ride West Midlands

Ring and Ride West Midlands

What does it do?

Ring and Ride was established in 1983 and is a grant funded charity (no. 700370-1) providing a door-to-door service for anyone who has any form of disability or mobility problem.

It operates as a separate charity within ATG and has it's own board of trustees who are ultimately responsible for the overall conduct of Ring and Ride West Midlands.

The Ring and Ride fleet consists of 120 fully accessible 11 seater minibuses that are converted to provide our customers with a safe and comfortable experience at all times. They are operated from six depots across the West Midlands.

The service has grown increasingly over the years; we now have over 72,000 registered users that benefit from the service whether it is for doing their daily shopping or going to the doctors. Each customer has to be registered to use the service; it is free to register which can be done over the phone, by post or online
