Who it is for?
Open Heart Care Ltd provides various services to vulnerable adults aged 18 years or over, who is in receipt of or may be in need of community care services by reason of mental or other disability, age or illness and who is or may be unable to take care of him or herself, or unable to protect him or herself against significant harm or exploitation.

Our price is an hourly charge of £13/hr

We will provide peace of mind for relatives whose loved ones require extra support. The knowledge that a friendly face will be visiting your relative on a regular basis offers that much needed reassurance that their well being is being cared for. We will also ensure to provide regular updates on your relation's progress - something which is vital if you're living at a distance and find it difficult to monitor their health and well-being as much as you'd like.
