What to expect then:

We will contact you for a chat to discuss your support needs. we would then complete an assessment and develop a Care Plan to support you with your requirements.
Then we will introduce your care worker to you, and agree on the starting date to provide our high quality service.
We will contact you after a few days just to see how you are getting on with the service and support worker.

The services we provide will be monitored regularly to make sure the service is supporting you in the way you require and to make sure you are happy with the service and your support worker.
