Carers Trust Thames (North Bucks & Milton Keynes)

Respite for carers and care for adults and children.

What does it do?

Carers Trust Thames (North Bucks & Milton Keynes) was formerly known as Crossroads Care. Our organisation was formed in 1980 to provide regular or occasional breaks for carers, to give them time for themselves to take a much needed break from their caring responsibilities.

Over the years, our services have continued to develop with valuable input from our customers and staff. We recognise that for some, their 'carers' may be at a distance, but their needs are just as great. Our services are available to all carers and their loved ones as well as people living on their own.

A resource you can trust!

Carers Trust Thames' quality, consistency, transparency and reputation has enabled us to provide over 35 years of services to our clients and their families. We have developed excellent working partnerships with medical, social and voluntary organisations in Buckinghamshire.

Our Care Support Workers are of the highest quality. They receive outstanding, continuous training and are dedicated, reliable and trustworthy. All Care Support Workers are DBS checked and our staff have a strong understanding of, and empathy with, the need to keep people living independently, choosing their own lifestyles, within their own homes or chosen locations.
